Search history: What you've searched for, to improve the service

Exact birthdates
Home addresses
Photos or media
Payment information
Any other personally identifiable information about your children
 

How We Use Your Information

To provide personalized playground and activity recommendations
To send you responses to your queries via WhatsApp
To improve our service based on aggregate usage patterns

Data Storage

Your information is stored securely on Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure in the United States. We retain your data while you actively use the service. You can request deletion at any time by sending "delete my data" to the chatbot.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with:

Service providers: Cloud hosting (Microsoft Azure), messaging (Twilio/WhatsApp) as needed to operate the service
Legal requirements: If required by law or to protect safety

Children's Privacy

LocalPlay is designed for parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. We only collect general age group information (not specific ages or birthdates) to provide age-appropriate recommendations.
